Getting Bank Loan for Almaty House Purchase

Dear all,

I am a Belgian nationality living in Belgium and having a permanent job in Belgium.

I would like to buy a house or appartment in Almaty. My question is, being a Belgian is it possible to get a loan from a bank in Kazakhestan to buy a house in Almaty?

I would like to know the bank's name that you recommend. All replies and info is appreciated.

I think you should ask this question directly to the bank. You can find the names of the Kazakh banks on internet.
