Current employer refuse to give release letter

Hi all,


I have an offer with the Employer B...they need release letter to apply my expat application changing visa.but my current employer refuse to give without any reason behind...so wat can I do??

And also,before resignation,it's good we ask the release letter or after resignation nly possible

I still not resigned from my current Employer because My new Employer has submit MIDA application to get quota. Once My quota approved ,I'll resign and need to ask my current Employer for release letter. But Some of my Colleague say that Current Employer won't provide Release letter. If I Couldn't able to get that, there is any other ways to join with my new Employer??


and Moreover I need a Clarification on MIDA submission. Could you please tell me how long does it take to approved???

Hi. May I know did you end up receiving the release letter? or any other alternative?


I have the same situation. my current employer won’t give me the release letter while my new employer request me to get a release letter.
