15 day trip to Malaysia in August

Dear friends,

I am finalizing my 15 day trip to Malaysia with my family. How should these days be divided so that I could see maximum of malaysia's attractions. How far is Genting Highlands from Kualalumpur, a day trip will do or we should plan to stay a couple of days there. Is there much to see! What are the other attractions that one can go for and spend couple of days other than Kualalumpor. I feel like having a 10 day stay in Kualalumpor and rest to be spread around.Please do share some must see attractions if possible, though there is a lot of stuff on the net but would be great if someone could sum it up bringing forward only the must see.Would weather be tolerable with 32 deg C and not much humidity in August or it may be worse than this !
