India 2 KL... suggestions needed

Hi,

I have been offerred a job in Malaysia (KL, Mid Valley City) as IT Consultant.

I have 8 years Experience and am currently based out of India. I am a post graduate.
I have a wife and a 4 yr old kid and aspire to educate my son in an International School in Malaysia.

Plus we would like to live a decent life - Fully Furnished rented house and a car in KL.

Please could you guide / advise what CTC ( Gross and Net ) is聽 aceptable as compensation to live a good enough decent and above average life in KL near Mid Valley
looking at my aspirations, experience and qualifications would 6-7k RM be enough per month?
I have been made aware that I will have to contribute 28% as tax for first 6 months.
