hi everyone,
i am Alex from vietnam
i would like to consult you something. currently, i am working in Malaysia under employment pass category III but i do want to change my job. is there any case that i can change the job without cancelling the old employment pass and applying for new one? i mean can employment pass category III be transferable?

If you change to another Category III there is cooling off 3months

You need a new EP from each employer you work with. No EP of any category is transferable

is there any exception for that cooling-off, i means in case my new salary can meet the requirement of聽 type II or type III, can I stay and switch?
