Working condition and Accomodation Outrigger Konotto Resort Maldives

Hi everyone, I am Fanny from Malaysia.
I received an job offer from Outrigger Konotta Resort Maldives, I was wondering the working condition over there and the accommodation they provide. May I know is it 2 person share in a room or private room ? The room air conditioner is it centralize and on it for 24 hour? Thank you.
