How to open a restaurant in Myanmar Center

Hi everyone!
I want to open a food bar in Myanmar Center (Hoang Anh Gia Lai).
Seem to be hard for foreigner to build up a business there.
Do you have any recomment for me?

I contacted Mr Huy already, and no problem about space.
But he said i need to contact with embassy or someone els to have something like investment paper...
And he said: local person standing on business will easier than by my name.

Hi Hoang,

If it is just a food bar, then I think you can register license for F&B Business under your name. Unless you would like to open a company then the process is more complicated. You should find a lawyer who can help you taking care of paper work, and you should expect it will take a while. However, one interesting thing here is that you apply for license and start opening your business before you actually have the license. So good-luck
