Prices - Please Help

amandabix

Hi,

I was in Nepal a few months ago and spent some time there on various projects.  I'm now in Australia and am putting together a presentation about Nepal and would like to include some price comparisons.  For example - toothpaste in Nepal costs, compared to toothpaste in UK/USA.  As I've been out of Nepal for a few months and have spent time getting my head around Australian dollars versus UK Pounds, I cannot think off the top of my head how much it is to buy things in Nepal, so please please please could you give me some prices of some every day items...
toothpaste, toothbrush, rice, eggs, potatoes, bread, plasters/band aids, soap, anything everyday you can think of like that...
(prices in rupees is great, I can convert...)

Thankyou so much
