You haven't mentioned if you have a work visa in Bahrain or not.   If you have a work visa and salary above 400 BD, you can sponsor ONE wife with attested marriage certificate for a resident visa.  The second wife can come on a visit visa if she is eligible to get it on e-visa site or if your employer is willing to sponsor for a family visit visa.

Im talking about the family visit visa to Pakistan. Not Bahrian. The one that lasts up to 5 years in Pakistan.
