Philippines overall tariff's reduced to 6.3 on exports to USA???

I saw Youtube videos that claim Marcos has made a deal with Trump administration that will reduces the overall tariffs to 6.3% on Philippine exports.


They further claim some countries within the SEA  with higher tariffs will move their manufacturing to the Philippines to exploit the new lower tariffs.

I also saw the video. I just want the Peso to level out at 60 or so. This roller coaster is driving me crazy.
