Myself and my wife have a 200sq metre lot in catalunde grande in Davao city,i am just wondering are there any building architect/builders that you can recommend and how much roughly would a house in a lot cost to build?

I could not recommended anybody from that neck of the woods, however, there are some very interesting videos on youtube of guys who have gone through the whole process, some in incredible detail, if you cant find them let me know. From buying the lot聽 to employing architects, building managers and the whole crew.
