Can anyone give advice on the best LTO location in the NCR to get my U S. license converted to a Philippine one.

The LTO website is worthless for the correct information needed. They tell you it can be done at any location but I went to the Venice mall聽 facility and they said no. Thanks for any help.

I live in the NCR area (Pasig City) I don't remember which LTO I went to, but the common area was shared with a church with blaring loud speakers.

The Doctors office was close by (three or four minute walk) for the physical (what a joke but cheap). Wear proper attire, no shorts or flip flops so you won't be turned away.
