If you have no children you can afford to live like King and Queen with 3000 USD

No idea with the car lease though. You could inquire here   I just Gooled that.  I am sure somebody in his office would know a cheaper alternative.

Congratulations for that new job~ You have a very good package deal. It will be wise to set aside some money for investment purposes so that you will always have emergency money just in case.
Anyway, if you stay in a condo, you will feel more secure because they have 24/7 security guard. You will just have to pay extra for utilities. groceries, transportation, entertainment. I will hook you up to our neighbors who are also from India but works here at a call center in Alabang. They don't have a child and they have been here for awhile.
Your monthly bills might come up to at least P50,000 a month depending on your lifestyle. Your $3000 is about P100K++ depending on the exchange rate.
When you say with accommodation, does that mean the company is paying for your accommodation?
With the car rental, how long is your contract? How often will you be needing the car? They don't have anything like in the STates where you can rent the car for a month and it is usually cheaper. Here, there is no such thing! The longer you rent, the more expensive. So it really depends how long you intend to stay. If you intend to stay for a year, just buy a second hand car and the only thing that you will have to ask your employer is if you will pay for the parking or will they provide your husband a transportation allowance?
Send me a PM when you get here so we can introduce you to our friends.
