What do you mean by THIS coming true?

Of course there is a chance, with every application, that it becomes "invalid" - meaning rejected.

An employer can appeal against a rejection, but needs to submit new information that removes the rejection reason for it to have any chance of success.

@Mitul Islam I do not understand your situation, as your messages are contradictory.

1. "Your" agent cannot apply for your work pass, only an employer (or their agent) can - and this is free of charge for you, by law.
2. If your "agent" claims otherwise (and takes a fee for the application), they are scammers and you should not pay them!
3. The best way to find out whether they did apply is by asking them for a screenshot - or checking yourself on EPOnline.
4. But apparently they did, otherwise you would not have the result ("invalid").
5. If your application is "invalid" (meaning rejected), then the process is finished. No need to wait (and hope) longer!

So, if the agent appeals if it is invalid, are there any documents for the appeal that you can give me?
