Urgently seeking accommodation in Singapore near Club Street for one month under $400. Clean, quiet individual looking for a place to rent.

Do you have space to rent out at or near Club Street? Or anywhere else? Below $400? Only for one month. I am clean, neat, quiet and won't stay home much.

In addition to the cost, you need a residency visa (minimum 6 months) to legally rent a room.
If you don't have one, you are only allowed to stay in serviced appartments (from S$1800/month), hotels (from S$120/night) and hostels (S$50-70/night).
It is NOT a good idea to break the rules in Singapore. Bring more money or don't come!

$400. You just need a place to crash or what? When are you coming im not living near club street but very near town too.
