application number will change in Ep appeal?

bt in EP online if i check with travel document number, showing FIN is same as first application, bt Application number is different?

What does the status show?
If the application is different, obviously it is a new application that is made. Hope FIN will be the same. Would like to know what is the status shown now.

I am still not sure what your question is and how we can help you, but I'll try:
The FIN number stays the same for you for the rest of your life - or at least until you become Singapore PR (if ever).
Status "rejected" means your application was NOT approved.
