Explanation to MOM on salary hike to prevent rejection

My current employer is giving AWS (13 th month salary) every year. But my new employer does not pay AWS. So I negotiated to factor that into my monthly pay including 10% salary hike. My new employer has not submitted application for EP yet. Should I request HR of my new company to provide reason for the hike to reduce chances of rejection due to higher salary?

Outline total fixed now versus total fixed in the next job and justify it (if there is a bump)- you never outline just monthly salary anyways, it’s the fixed totals.
