what kind of activities available in Gumi (Gimcheon) area

Hi all! I'm 23 and from Canada. I will be moving to Korea with my best friend at the end of July and cannot wait to start this new adventure! I will be moving to the Gumi area (Gimcheon to be specific), and I am wondering what kinds of activities there are that I can get involved in?

Although Gumi is not a city area but there might be many people and many plants especially for semi-conductor industries. You might see many language institutes for kids. Hope you might visit Seoul or Busan to have a fun in city area. All the wishes,
