Type of Visa for opening a restaurant?

Hi guys,

I鈥檓 going to SL in September to work on a new restaurant which i鈥檓 going to open. I will also open a company for that in SL. My question is, what kind of Visa am I going to get / need?

And how long can I stay with that Visa in SL?
