They serve fish and chips at many locations in Pham Bu Lao and Bui Vien street. One example, last night I was at Godmothers Bar and saw fish and chips there. Also Al Frescoes serves it too. If I recall correctly, a British friend said Buddha Bar in D2 has good Fish and Chips.

For good places, I can't recommend because I did not grow up eating fish and chips unless you count Long John Silvers in the States.

Hi yes there is now a real fish and chips on Bui vien called JJ's fish and chips. I recommend it everything is fresh and cooked to order, they have vienigar and gravy.
