DVD Shop

Hello can anybody tell me where to find a good DVD shop in Danang or Hoi An have been looking and all the shops seem to be closed down  if anybody could help would be much apprieacted  .Regards Greg.

Not useful probably but there's a good one in Hanoi in the Tay Ho area called Better World. The owner's name is Roger and I think he's Canadian.

Do you ever see those carts that vendors push around town that are loaded with probably pirated CD's?  They usually have a car battery powered PA system to play music to let you know they are there.  I don't know if they have film DVD's as well as music but they might.

They do, but only movies series (phim bá»™) from China, Hong Kong or Korea.

Probably with either Vietsub or that atrocious single voice-over dubbing with one person reading all the parts that Vietnamese don't seem to mind.   :mad:   I guess that won't do much for the OP.    I wonder if physical DVD shops in Vietnam have fallen victim to movie streaming services just as they have in the West.   :/  I know that my wife watches her Korean and Chinese dramas with Viet subtitles on some kind of California based Vietnamese website.
