Hello,

Thanks to all for these good informations.

I plan to live in Dalat from beginning of February / March 2018. I am looking for House rental real estate informations in/or around Dalat.

The House in Dalat would need to have 3 bed rooms + 2 bathrooms + kitchen + living room + dining room + laundry room + parking. Surface 120 to 160 square meters.

It is not terribly difficult to find a home meeting your minimum requirements. Problem is most may be far bigger than your needs. That seems to be the problem. They are either to small or far to big. But the cost of housing is much less than the bigger cities and there is no A/C or for most heat expenses. Best thing to do is go to DL and beat the streets looking and asking for places for rent. There are some agencies that are dubious at best. Much of the time they do not actually have a listing with the landlord, but just found the house themselves and offer it for rent. Then hope to get a cut from the landlord at an inflated price.
