Tailor Make Women's Clothes

I have tried to buy a particular set of silk/cotton blend sleep wear as a gift for my wife, but the design i like won't ship to Vietnam - actually not even out of the US - so, next best option is to find someone who can reproduce the design and top quality fabric here is Hanoi - preferrably in Cau Giay or Xuan Dieu area.
As you usual this has now become a last minute thing - any suggestions?

if you are willing to come to my area , I am willing to help. Near from my house there is a famous Women's clother tailor. She is famous for making aodai, but she can make other type of dress also. Your wife need to go there herself as well for measurement. The tailor can not talk English but I can help.
