I'm wondering what is the import procedure if I buy a motorbike in Cambodia and I want to import to Vietnam. Should I pay tax? Should I change the plate in vn? Is that the way they give NN plate?

I can buy a honda crf 250 for 4k there, here in vn it cost around 6k. I'm guessing I can import but I can't resell?

Is this even possible?
