Hello  Tanks for reaching out. Don't know what I am looking forward to most retirement or Belize!
I would like some advice. The realtors I reached out to want to sell property and I want to rent first. Do you know any one to do a lease with a dog long term? Please let me know if you do.  Thanks

By all means Rent First.
The Folks from around here for the most part don't trust realtors. So the best deals ment being here and asking around....then using a lawyer to Handel the paperwork.

I do some RE investing in the states and use realtors all the time, here I learned quickly the sign on the door was the same name as in the states, but everything else was different.

Best have deep pockets if your not going to spend the time in country to do your own legwork, as Bill says Sandels in the Sand.😎

For short term rental try AirBnB and VRBO then find your longer term rental while in country.

Thank You. Plan to come in Oct. and spend some time there to confirm a long term property
