Does anyone have experience with building a house in the area of Pavones, Punta Arenas?聽 And do you have a reference for us?
From all the above posts, I understand that the average building cost is around 600$-1000$ /m2 = 55$-92$/Ft2.聽 What I found on the internet is much more hire, around 100$-110$/Ft2. What is more realistic for a simple house but with good quality building materials??

Also suggest that you rent in the area you are considering, for an extended period to make sure it is 'right for you' as it is easier to buy/build but often, very hard to sell.

We were quoted $60-$75 per square foot - turned out we paid $140 sq. foot - be careful building
