Asking the builder would be easier and quicker than us guessing what it may or may not contain.

it should be spelled out exactly in your contract what is included with a furniture package. it may vary slightly from unit to unit based on living spaces, outdoor spaces, number of bedrooms etc.

Also ask about the quality of the furnishings! Some I have seen look pretty but will never last long.
