What would I expect to pay for a furnished apartment or condo

dogdevoteealways

What would I expect to pay for a furnished apartment or condo for six months in Grenada beginning in mid October?  Am I allowed to stay in the country for six months on a tourist visa? Thanks for any help!

Dear Dogdevoteealways

Your tourist visa will give you 3 months.  You can either cross the border into Costa Rica to extend this or check at the Immigration office to see if you can extend with them (making a payment to cover the additional days).

Granada rentals vary a great deal from around 300 per month right up to over 2000 for a large scale colonial property.   Most properties prepared for the expat visitor are larger so you may find yourself paying for more space than you need.
