Any supplementary health insurance in PTY??
I have Tricare and soon will get Medicare (not accepted in pty)

At 65, Tricare becomes your supplementary to Medicare, but you first must have registered and have received part B medicare. You will then file your claims as usual to Tricare and they will forward them on to medicare to get paid first. You won't be aware of whats going on between them, but we haven't had any problems. You will lose all Tricare benefits without Medicare Part B at 65 years.
