I currently live in Ecuador, have been here 5 months and am looking for something new. I am semi retired.

I am curious about any possible opportunities聽 in marine electronics in Panama. I have the US licenses to do the work and extensive experience with all types of radar, navigation equipment and engine room management systems. Additionally I used聽 to have a USCG Captains license, and have experience on tugs and supply ships.

Any information or direction anyone could provide would be deeply appreciated, including "forget it, this is closed to extranjeros.
