Rough estimates for running new power lines

The Polarican

Does anyone have rough estimates for how much it will cost to run new power and water lines to a vacant lot. The lot is at the end of an unfinished street (ie: just dirt and grass) and is about 300 feet from the nearest finished street with power lines. Also, does anyone run power lines underground instead of on telephone poles? If we are going to do this it would be preferable not to have a bunch of new telephone poles. FYI, the lot is in Isabela.

@The Polarican give your número de catastre to an engineer and verify that you can Indeed build on that land.  Some areas in Isabela are not allowed to be built on. Also it's about 10k for every telephone pole needed to get electricity to your land. That's recent quote my buddy got for his land.
