Insights on Pre-fabs in Puerto Rico

Hello everyone!聽 My name is Tony and I'm retired from the US Air Force, living in Texas.聽 My wife and I lived in San Juan while I was teaching AFROTC at the University of PR-Rio Piedras from 2002-2005.

We bought property in Arecibo, near the North Shore, while we were there and are looking to build on that property to move back in 2025.

Does anyone have anything Good, Bad, or Ugly to say about Pre-fabs in Puerto Rico?聽 Casa Mi Anhelo? Casa Bella? Or Casas FerrMax?

We're currently in the research phase and would like to interview builders in July 2024.

@TDub6891We have started the process with Casas Mi anhelo and so far the experience has been great BUT we have been unable to find a contractor to build.聽 We have land on the west side and are going on 3 years searching and no luck as of yet.聽 There are several others who have built or are building using pre fab companies.聽 If you put it in the search you will come up with several posts/opinions.聽
