Seeking Help my permit and visa application has been rejected

My name is Sayed Abdul Baset Ziwary from Afghanistan and student of Master's degree in political and Empirical Economics at university of Graz. my permit and visa application has been rejected recently due financial concerns that authorities of Graz seen in my application, it's worth mentioning that the reason the authorities point outed on my rejection document did not convinced me, but unfortunately i think appeal application would be running behind of black speeds without providing them some proof that i would have a help within Austria to fulfill the requirement.

as i do not have a week more to submit my appeal application, i would really like to seek the forum and community help to make me eligible to appeal the rejection.
