Hi, if you are still staying in that address why dont you ask the city/police to come for a verification when you are at home.?

It seems strange that you live together but your wife told the city that you dont live there?. As you are also employed why dont you get your own ID card (A or L or B) without being on a F+ card?.

Is your child an EU citizen? As you are divorced you cannot be on an F card because you no longer have a 'relation' who is an EU citizen (unless your son is). You are best to start the process again (using your son as you 'EU family member'), you may need to seek a lawyer- try and find a lawyer can give free advice at least. It seems very toxic that your wife has ended your status even though you live together- does she want you to be deported?

hello

i have the same situation many years ago.

my ex husband declared to cancel my address without my knowledge

normally, she cannot put you outside your home address (at least 3 months period)

(you must be given enough time to move out)

*can you still come back to your home address with your family?

if not, i suggest you look for an apartment/house where you can live and register your new address

*are you legally divorced with her?

normally, you cannot be sent out to your home country until after divorced is finalized

as to your stay in belgium, you can always apply for a new Card.

or

you can also apply for a belgian natioality :

you stayed here for over 8 yrs, you are working, you a parent of a belgian national ,

you must also provide that you have a legal work, has health insurance, has taken up all A1 and A2 language clasess and attented social orientation classes,

normally, you will be okay- considering that you stayed here for long period already .
