Is there anyone around Burgas, Nessebar or Sveti Vlas?

Dani694285

I’m hoping to meet more people here to have someone to go out with. I don’t know too many people here around this area 😅

I like writing, art, traveling and I also started a freelance writing thing. It would also be nice to have someone who I could reach out to if I need help with anything. I also like being shown places around the city ☺ï¸

Somewhat random question perhaps, but over the years I've been here I've bumped into a number of Americans who kindly offer small services of the nature you've mentioned previously/in other posts to people who might need them; they've also been looking to meet folks seeking a bit of company or who are themselves inclined to lend a helping hand to others.

I have no particular reason to suppose for a moment that there's any ulterior motive at play in your case but, in my experience so far, the others have all had one other somewhat surreptitious goal in common - they were all "missionaries" seeking to save souls from some unspecified mortal peril.  That wouldn't be the case here by any chance, would it?

@JimJ

No, I meant that I wanted to meet others to have genuine connections. For the previous post, I thought I was being helpful. But if it’s not allowed, then I won’t post things like that on here.

I met some like that. They all called themselves 'elder' and walked around looking for Muslims to convert. Idiots!

However, in this case, I see a new expat unsure of the new world, and open to being scammed.

The issue is unlikely to be the poster, and more likely the poster's safety.

Of course it's allowed or the Admins would have removed/modified it. And good for you for posting it. 😊

I'm just mentioning that Bulgaria seems to be a bit of a magnet for what many Brits and other Europeans might well consider evangelical/proselytising (the choice of word depends on your point of view) religious cults from across The Pond. I've bumped into them in other countries too, and in the most unlikely places: they must have walked miles under the blazing sun in their once-immaculate suits and shiny shoes, clutching their Bibles/religious tracts, to get where I met them.

@Dani,

         My wife and I live in Aheloy, which is right next to Ravda and Nesebar. If you'd like to meet up just give us a shout and we'll see what we can arrange :-)
