Finding a place to live is a priority when settling in Sofia. Your experience will be of a great help for the members who want to settle in Sofia.

Is it hard to find a flat or a house for rent in Sofia?

ooohhh thanks for starting that Christine! I would love to know the answers! My husband and I are moving to Sofia at the end of September, and there isn't that much online ... thanks in advance!! : )

Have you had any response or any success in your search for an apartment in BG?

I'm a Brit living in Sofia and I rent this apartment. My friend, who works in real estate and normally sells property, found this for me through her contacts.

Hi Everyone,
This is a very good topic where I think I can be very helpful to everybody who is going to move to Sofia.
Like every city there is no thing as a standart price. Prices vary upon size and location. For instance you could spend 200 Euro/month on a small apartment or up to 5000 Euro/month聽 for a large family house. Likewise property for sale varies from 30000 Euro for a small apartment to 5000000 Euro for a large house.
For that reason I would be happy to answer any specific questions regarding the property market.
I would like to state here I am a real estate agent operating in Sofia.
