Has anyone experienced obtaining title deeds through AEA application at the Land Registry in Famagusta ( enclaved buyers application ) on the property he purchased and paid fully but mortgaged by the developer at a bank?

if so has the application been successful and how long did it take from start to finish to obtain the title deeds on his/her name

A friend of mine completed theirs and I believe it took them 4-5 years or so

@Toon Thanks Toon. The seller of the property I am trying to buy since August 2020 made the application in August 2022 and the application is at the final stages and waiting for the second letter to go out from the Famagusta land registry to go out to all interest parties that will have 45 days to make any objections. After the objections stage the CEO of the land registry has 2 months to make a final decision if the titles can be issued on the sellers name. I am hoping it will not take that long.
