@nafeesaditta could someone please urgently help me

Hi there,
I wondered if anyone can urgently provide me of assistance in relation to my employment documentations I would need to supply for my spouse visa application (I am the sponsor from UK England).

I am aware it is 6 months payslips to match the 6 months bank statements however my employment history is slightly difficult. I was made redundant from my previous job back in July 2022 due to company restructure and then commenced a new job on 18th October 2022 (in a permanent position) During the time of being made redundant I did not claim any kind of goverment benefits and was actively looking for work.

I have an advance payment in October without a payslip to confirm (As my details missed the cut off time for with payroll) but have a letter written by the company stating this as evidence. I also have payslips from November to March (full month payslips) I have now been offered a new job in another company therefore will start the new job on 11th April and end the current job on 6th April.

I will receive a final payslip in April for my current job which will pay me from 24th March to 6th April. and will start the new job from 11th April.


Please note I meet the threshold criteria of £18,600

If i state this all on a statement to support the application could may application be rejected, due to insufficient amount of employment documents?

I will need to make a decision by the end of today (03/04/2023) and let my current employer know if I have no choice but to redact the resignation.

You need to meet the requirements described on the UK Gov website; I've C&P below the current requirements :
