Good morning,
I'm Ruby originally from Philippines.i live in nice since 4 years already.I'm looking for a friend (girl) any nationality who is fluent in French and willing to meet discuss and willing to teach me French.meet up and drink coffee.I would appreciate much if someone out there can accompany me and willing to teach me although I know some basic French but need to practice more.

You may want to post in Nice forum in France for better visibility.

Also, since you are already in France for 4 years, I would advise you to find a friend by actually going out and meeting people. That way you can always form a good solid relationship.
