moving to toulouse

I am planning to move to Toulouse to be with the man that I love and that is gonna probably be at the end of this year. I would like to meet new friends to hang out or do some activity together. I'm not really that good in french and I still make mistakes but I hope to improve my french one day. If anyone interested let me know.
