Permesso di soggiorno and valid uk visa

I am Ali Fayyaz and I am from Pakistan.
I have a valid UK visa and applied for the renewal of permesso di soggiorno, can I go to UK and come back to Italy while having post office receipt.?

I've heard that u can travel with the receipt but I'd suggest u to call at the concerned office to ask

Italian immigration accepts these documents, would uk border force and immigration Officer allow me to board for Italy?

If you have a valid UK visa then, of course, UK border control sill accept it.

UK immigration is not concerned with boarding procedures to other countries.
