Hello and welcome聽 !
Lithuanian is strongly preferred (or essential) for interacting with patients, colleagues, official documents, etc. English alone may limit your options.
As a non-EU national, you鈥檒l need a work permit plus a temporary residence permit. The employer usually initiates the process. Only some permits are granted for non-highly skilled roles, and salary must meet minimum thresholds.
The employer must also demonstrate that no local/EU candidate is available (to justify hiring a foreigner).
Furthermore, you鈥檒l need credentials (education, certificate, diploma) and relevant experience in care roles.
I would suggest you search for opportunities on LinkedIn on contact hospitals and clinics directly to offer your candidacy.

Bhavna
