The question is: - With the Brazilian passport I have the right to stay up to 90 consecutive or alternate days, within a period of 6 months, from the date of first entry (I entered on 03/31/2023 and left on 18/ 06/2023 and return on 10/09/2023, which would give, + or -, 180 days from the first entry). - Or do I have to stay as a tourist for up to 90 days WITHOUT the need for a visa and after that period, would it be necessary to leave Europe and stay at least 180 days outside???

It's best to consult with the embassy or consulate of the country you plan to visit or reside in, or seek advice from an immigration lawyer or official government sources for accurate and up-to-date information regarding visa requirements, duration of stay, and any necessary conditions for your specific situation.
