Getting E-residency card while staying in hotel

I have a job offer,but need a let contract etc to get my documents.

Can I get my Eresidency card while living in a hotel as I will be living in hotel for a few months ?

no you dont.  first time applying you dont need to show a contract or place you live.

sounds like you will need a job to get residence card anyway as by the sounds of it you cant claim self sufficiency.  You have 3 months to get a res card.

I will need a Maltese tax/NI number , yes ? I need a permenent address to get this, yes ?
