@michealblack Universities in Montenegro largely teach in local language. You MUST undergo a language proficiency test (certified) and submit it as part of your application.
This will be nearly impossible if you are not coming here to visit first.
There are much easier ways of moving to Montenegro. All require prior travel history as a Nigerian + substantial funds.
Montenegro is not Germany or UK. No free lunch here. You will literally be on your own. I am writing this as a former resident of Nigeria, and a current resident of Montenegro.
