Can anyone explain various taxes in Montenegro
1. All types of taxes to pay as an expat working in Montenegro
2. All types of taxes to pay as an expat owning a business
3. All types of taxes to pay as an expat Purchasing/owning property and then renting it out
Basically I am thinking of moving to Montenegro by purchasing property and getting residence.
Please guide me on future costs and taxes I should take into consideration.
Eg: Tax on renting out, VAT on property, Purchasing tax, annual tax on owning property
other expenses we should pay
Also please guide me on Residency costs : are there any yearly fees ? Lawyer fees, etc...
I will apply for residency of me and then spouse and 2 children. please tell me costs
Are there any real estate agent fees I should consider?
