Hi and welcome to the Forum.

Short answer to your question, in the circumstances that you have described, I've never heard of any recruitment agency that offers any of the services you are looking for.

To get a decent job anywhere, you need 4 things:

  1. Relevant experience
  2. Relevant qualifications
  3. Speak the local language
  4. Luck

Only you can do the maths, so tick the boxes, if you have 3 of them, then it's worthwhile chasing the elusive 4th.

On top of this, there are restrictions within the EU that prevent member nations offering employment to non-members, where there are other EU citizens looking for work.ย  So, you need to be where they are looking for workers and where they are willing to sponsor the applicant, these are generally known as Highly Skilled Migrant visas and again, as you've described it, I don't think your girlfriend would qualify.ย  There is a wealth of information on the Dutch Government website, this will take you to the IND homepage where you can learn more about it and maybe find a way through for your girlfriend.

You say you live in the Netherlands at the moment, so you can contact the Uitzendbureau's yourself and ask around, this will take you to a website that seems to be a generic search page for all uitzendbureau's, you can try that, but as in all things on the Internet, watch out for scammers and don't pay anybody any money for these services.

I wish you both the best of luck and hope that this has helped.
