Hi all,

I want to go on a 3 month holiday, so my house is for rent from 1 June till 1 September.

Open kitchen, living room, dining room, relax room to enjoy the sun, bathroom and one sleeping room. It has a modern interior style. It's completely furnished and features among other things:

- Very comfortable couch
- Flat screen tv
- Fast pc
- Fast internet-access
- Washing machine and dryer
- Microwave and oven
- Very comfortable bed
- Central heating

My house is located in the populair Westerpark (Spaarndammerbuurt) with view on the river IJ.
By bicycle:
5 min from Central Station,
2 min from the Westerpark and the Jordaan
Supermarket and shops at the corner
2 min from the large outdoor swimming pool
2 min from the populair city beach
15 min from Leidseplein
Also good public transportation and easy access to the highways out of the city.

Price: 1050 euros/month including EVERYTHING.
(+ 1 month deposit)
