Skilled worker with no relevant education - job offers

Hey guys I dont have a relevant degree to the two job offers that I have (both are IT security). I have about 2 years and 9 months in the role. What do I need to consider when thinking if UDI is going to approve my skilled work application? Or is there anyway to do both skilled work applications in parallel and see which one gets approved?

The first job offer is in IT security, and the job description does not say anything about a degree or requirement for Experience (just say 鈥渁n advantage if you have previous experience. But new grads are also welcome鈥�). This is not a job that can be performed by just anyone. You need to have Experience (speaking from being as a security engineer, but UDI may disagree?)

The second Job offer is also in IT security, but the job description does say 鈥渂achelor鈥檚 degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, and 3+ years of experience in security domain鈥�.

I can get work letters from my employers to reflect duties for both roles. thoughts?
