teadrinkingman

Hi All

Brit living in Oslo for a while who decided I wasn't meeting enough people yet in Oslo so I took myself to the Dubliners pub on Friday night by myself and had a pretty good time!

So anyway want to keep moment going and would be great to meet up with expats and others living in Oslo.

Hmm yeah but gotta warn you, no Starbuck here :( !

teadrinkingman

That's o.k. don't really like Starbucks anyway ;-)

Knut

The lack of Starbucks in Norway is a bonus, I miss that not being there(the constant lack of starbucks outlets). Anyway, to the point here. I always find Norwegians are quite chatty when drinking. I sort of feel like an expat every time I go home and usually end up speaking in English, long story. They seem to be more interested and give me their life stories. Invite some random strangers back for a nachspiel at yours after a few beers out in town, you'll have friends for life. ;)

You can get Tetley's Decaff in Meny and there's a store near me that sells PG Tips.
